Terms of service

The service

Pizzeria Exchange provides online listings, inquiries, messaging, document-access tools, and scheduled social promotion. Users may advertise pizzerias, seek operating partners, and connect with third-party funding sources. We do not act as a lender, investment adviser, escrow provider, or representative negotiating your transaction. Business purchase prices, loan proceeds, and investment funds are not collected through our advertising checkout.

Accounts and listings

Use accurate account and listing information. List only opportunities you own or are authorized to represent, and upload only content you are entitled to share. Do not post fraudulent, unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. Sign-in verifies account identity, not ownership, licenses, financial figures, or suitability of an opportunity.

The paid package

When available, USD $99 per month buys one active listing and 12 total social placements per paid billing period: six Facebook and six LinkedIn placements on Pizzeria Exchange’s Pages. One message on both networks counts as two placements. Buyers browse and inquire free. Paid advertising spend is separate. Subscriptions renew until canceled; see Cancellation & refunds for the process.

Founding broker accounts

The separate $99 USD monthly broker account includes all authorized pizzeria sale listings and up to five selected listings for promotion each billing period. Each selected listing includes six Facebook and six LinkedIn placements on the broker’s own connected business Pages, up to 60 placements per account. Preparing a campaign reserves its selection for the period. Unused placements do not roll over. The broker supplies a Buffer account and eligible plan; Buffer fees and advertising spend are separate. There is no guaranteed placement count on Pizzeria Exchange’s own social Pages.

A one-time, no-card 30-day trial begins when the broker explicitly publishes the first reviewed listing through enrollment. Preparing drafts does not start it. When the trial expires, public listing access ends unless the broker chooses a paid subscription. No first charge occurs automatically. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, with the $99 founding rate guaranteed for the first 12 uninterrupted paid months. Any later price change requires advance notice. Existing per-listing subscribers must contact support before switching.

Only brokers authorized to represent the pizzerias and manage the connected Pages may use this offer. Campaign approval is required. Recurring campaigns require separate opt-in and can be stopped. Reconnection may be required if a network or Buffer revokes access.

Publication and promotion

Payment does not publish a draft automatically. Complete and publish your listing, then review campaign text and dates before approving promotion. Approved posts require scheduling before delivery through Buffer. You authorize us to host your submitted listing content and distribute approved promotional content for this service. We do not guarantee impressions, inquiries, financing, partnerships, or a completed sale.

Confidential information

Keep identifying or sensitive details out of public listing text and photos if your sale is confidential. Social promotion uses public listing content. Private documents require owner-granted access. Seller-provided NDA text and recorded acceptance are tools for the parties; Pizzeria Exchange does not review or guarantee the agreement’s legal adequacy. Recipients may retain downloaded documents.

Independent transactions

Buyers, sellers, brokers, partners, and funding sources are responsible for their own verification, negotiations, professional advice, agreements, licenses, and legal obligations. Contact support to report a disputed or misleading listing. Access or content may be restricted where needed to address misuse or legal requirements.
