This notice describes information used to operate Pizzeria Exchange at pizzeriaexchange.com. Contact pizzeriaexchange@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information we handle
We receive account identity information from sign-in, including an identifier, name, and email. We store the profile and listing details you submit, photos and documents, inquiries, messages, seller-provided NDA terms and acceptance records, campaign text, schedules, delivery status, and promotional link click counts. Billing records include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and service periods.
How information is used
We use this information to provide accounts, listings, communications, document access, subscriptions, promotion, customer support, and fraud or misuse prevention. Technical hosting and authentication services may process connection and security logs necessary to operate the service.
Visibility and sharing
Published eligible listings and listing photos are public. Profiles and opportunity information may be visible to signed-in members. Inquiry details, messages, and accepted agreements are available to the relevant participants and the platform operator as needed to provide support. Private documents are available to the owner and users granted access. Do not put confidential information in public listing text, photos, or approved social posts.
Service providers
OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure support hosting, sign-in, and data storage. Stripe processes checkout and subscription payments; payment card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in our listing database. Buffer receives approved post content, scheduling details, and selected channel information for delivery to Facebook and LinkedIn. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. Public social posts can be viewed or copied outside this website.
Sessions and measurement
Authentication services use session information to keep you signed in. Promotional links record click counts to show campaign activity; a click does not necessarily represent a unique person or an inquiry.
Affiliate links
Our public resources page uses Skimlinks to convert eligible merchant links into affiliate links and attribute referred purchases. Skimlinks and participating merchants may process browser, device and referral information and use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose. Pizzeria Exchange may receive a commission for qualifying purchases.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to operate the service, maintain transaction and agreement records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Email support to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify account ownership and retain records where required. Removing information from this site does not remove copies downloaded by others or posts already published on external networks.
Security and changes
We use access controls to restrict private information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support if you believe your account or documents have been accessed improperly. Updates to this notice will appear here with a revised date.

Partner profiles and introductions
Partner profiles are separate from sale listings. When you choose visibility, signed-in members can see your display name, goals, location, experience and other profile details. Your sign-in email is kept out of the directory. Requesting an introduction and accepting one authorize sharing both members’ sign-in emails with each other. Hiding your profile stops new requests but does not revoke existing accepted introductions. Withdraw an introduction to remove its contact access inside PE; information already copied cannot be recalled. Requests and responses appear in the partner workspace; PE does not send email notifications for these introductions.
